PM Pediatric Urgent Care

This clinic saved me the stress of going to the ER. I am glad that a friend told me about going to one of their locations, I was seen right away after checking in. The staff was nice, and straight to the point, no wait time or run around. My concerns were heard and addressed. The PA was super patient with my 6 year old who needed convincing to take medication!

This was my first truly horrible experience at this location, and unfortunately it seems consistent with what recent reviews have been saying over the years. I brought my 10-month-old in today for a low-grade fever, cough, runny nose, and congestion. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 AM, but I arrived at 10:00 AM because my baby’s fever had not broken since he woke up. I checked in, paid my $30 copay without issue, and understood that arriving early meant I would still wait. However, once it was past my appointment time (around 11:00–11:15), I asked the receptionist if I was next and was told that I was. Shortly after, a nurse came out and called four patients ahead of me, including walk-ins who arrived after I did (this was confirmed through conversation in the waiting room). When

The doctors and nurses are amazing, but the person at the main desk seems to hate her job and the people who go there. We don't go there for fun. Someone who's at least a little kind or actually likes their job would be great. Plenty of unemployed people out there would do a better job, and with more enthusiasm, than she does.

No one wants to go to urgent care but if you have to go for your little one, this is THE place. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there is friendly, smart and helpful. I always know I’ll have a positive experience when I have to go with my kids and feel lucky to live close by. Highly recommend when you need pediatric care!

We love PM Pediatrics! They are our go to when we can’t get in with our primary pediatrician and when we need medical care in the evening. All of the staff from front end to back end are amazing. All of the providers are extremely caring. Wait times are minimal, especially with an appointment.
