PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Was there on Monday afternoon with my sick daughter. First time here. The front desk lady was rude, unwelcoming, and had a horrible attitude. My phone would not allow me to fill in the guardian information and she was mad that she had to do a manual registration. Checked my child in for breathing difficulty. Front desk lady said my daughter looked “fine”, despite loud breathing and a chief complaint of breathing difficulty and to take a seat. I lifted up my daughter’s shirt to show her the abdominal retractions and belly breathing. The lady “oh that’s not good at all”. And escorted us quickly to a room, which I do appreciate. Absolutely LOVE THEM! My sister recommended me when her son unfortunately fell and had to get stitches. My son was checked in quickly and treated ASAP! They heard my concerns & helped my son The lady Dr was amazing as well , i didnt catch her name

I love this place. The staff is amazing. Never had a bad experience with the doctor's. They listen to what your concerns are and do everything possible to make sure your child gets the care they need. The wait time is very good. We had a 5:15pm appointment and we were out of there by 5:45pm and that is with they running test. PM Pediatric is the only urgent care we use for our daughter. I highly recommend PM Pediatric to all my family and friends as well as strangers

Quick visit, in and out service. The physician was extremely thorough and made sure to explain everything. The office staff was very friendly and the office itself was extremely clean and well designed for children. This will be my go to for my children’s urgent visits.

We had never taken our son to urgent care and of course we were worried about him. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, the office was spotless, the nurse was kind and patient with our son who was less than thrilled to be there, as was the doctor. We were in and out in about an hour which is lightening speed when who knows what other urgent matters they had come through the door. So thankful for the entire team and we will be using them for our urgent care needs!
