PM Pediatric Urgent Care (Formerly Night Lite Pediatrics)

Absolutely horrible service. I sat in a room for over an hour while my daughter spiked a fever of 104 while the female dr and staff sat in the middle office giggling and chatting the entire time. After asking for help once, was ignored and had to repeatedly go out and ask them why I was not receiving service and beg for them to help my lethargic very sick little girl. I have always brought my kids here but I will not be coming back. Don’t trust this place if your child is sick and needs “urgent care” … they ended up telling me she just had an ear infection and sent me on my way .. I took her to her peds the next morning as didn’t trust their judgment and what do ya know .. her ears were completely fine. She had a virus and did NOT need antibiotic they had already given her a dose of. reac

Have been to this office several times over the years and it is hands down one of the best pediatric urgent care center! All the staff is very pleasant. My children feel safe here and their process is super quick, which is a blessed when you are dealing with sick children. Not waiting for hours to be seen. They even follow up the next day with a phone call to see how your child is doing. I will continue to go here and refer everyone I know.

This is a reliable pediatric urgent care. The staff is very polite and helpful. My Children pay attention to the art on the walls while waiting for results. Sometimes it’s the small details that make a child feel safe in a medical environment. Great Staff Great Environment.

The front office staff and nurse were very nice, waited over an hour to be seen even with an appointment. My baby was congested, not eating, fever and fussy. The doctor did no testing but just check lungs and ears said everything is clear, baby had goopy eyes and told me she has pink eye. Went to her pediatrician the next day and she has RSV. Not worth going to I would of rather of just spent the money going to the hospital

It was our first time here as we just moved from out of state and don’t have health insurance. We had a great experience and amazing nurses and doctor! Definitely will be our go to until we get insurance!
