PM Pediatric Urgent Care (Formerly Night Lite Pediatrics)

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I arrived at 11 AM for my 11 AM appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:10 PM. I was the only patient there until someone else walked in, yet I was told all the other rooms were full—okay? Why even call it urgent care when there’s nothing urgent about it? They’re clearly too cheap and money-hungry to hire more staff, so instead, they just waste your time. The best part? The provider spent maybe five minutes in the room. If it was that quick and simple, they could have seen me much earlier instead of making me wait over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was great! The best was the very short wait time, but everything else was great. Place is very beautiful and clean. We had an appointment, we were seen right away. The doctor came quick. Both nurse and doctor were very thorough and we didn’t feel rushed at all. After the visit was over my 6 years old daughter said: That’s it? we can leave? Oh that was so quick! I love this place. This was the quickest doctors visit ever!

I can't thank the team at PM Pediatrics enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, especially with my little one, who can be a bit anxious in medical settings. The wait time was minimal, and the healthcare providers took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we understood and put our minds at ease. As a first time mom, I can be a bit anxious too, but the staff does a great job of reassuring us. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics.

Booking an appointment was easy online, check in was an option online as well, wait time was about 5 mins, we were the only ones there at the time. The nurse was very friendly and patient. Did not show any kind of disgust for my sick child instead showed compassion and kindness. Doctor was efficient and clear, very nice and helpful. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you.

I had truly the best experience last night at PM pediatric urgent care- my two year old son has a terrible cold and started wheezing while breathing so we tried this urgent care for the first time and the doctors and nurses (Dr. Sonia Bryan, M.a Morgan and the receptionist at the front Toney'sha) went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and also help me with my other toddler who had to come along for the ride. I have never had such a great experience at a doctor office/ urgent care like I did with these ladies. The doctor & nurse listened to every concern of mine and did everything possible to make sure my son was better before we left and we're incredibly attentive and very sweet.
