PM Pediatric Urgent Care (Formerly Night Lite Pediatrics)

We were visiting the area from Canada, when we decided to bring our daughter who had been complaining of a sore throat for days to the clinic. First off, it was on December 31st, and most places were closed in observation of the holiday. The fact the clinic was still open, was a blessing. I have NEVER experienced such a pleasant, quick, thorough, medical visit before-for myself, or my children. From the minute we walked in, the office administrator was so kind and friendly. She helped us through the registration process step by step. From there, we met with two more providers who were so gentle with our daughter. They explained everything before they did anything, and made the process such a breeze. She had a bit of an uncomfortable test done, and she handled it so well because of how it

Absolutely incredible experience, I so highly recommend this location! Our daughter had an ear infection on Christmas Day and we arrived 15 mins before closing. The staff was so courteous and understanding especially considering it was right before closing on Christmas.The doctor was fantastic a quickly diagnosed her ear infection while making her giggle the entire time. They were able to get the prescription sent over to a 24 hour pharmacy close by. Just fantastic all around!

I came in at 8:30pm from out of town with a sick infant and everyone here was great. The office staff got us checked in quickly and the doctor made sure we could get the antibiotics we needed at the grocery store pharmacy next door before they closed for the night. The level of care was perfect and we are so thankful. We’ll definitely return if we need urgent care here again.

PM Pediatrics took great care of my 3 month old. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff were all warn, friendly, and helpful! Easy to make an appointment and to get in for care when we needed it. Definitely would recommend and will go back if we need after hours care in the future!

I think this will be my last time using PM urgent care pediatrics. Imagine walking into a PEDIATRIC urgent care with a throwing up cranky baby. Your hands are full because you’re a mom with a purse, diaper bag etc. Receptionist greets you. Obviously can see you are struggling. Then they point to a sign on the wall and says you can scan the bar code and fill out all the paperwork- when you’re done let us know. So holding a baby in my hands and I am trying to fill out this online paperwork. I scan my own ID front and back same thing with my insurance card. Man while other people are walking in and if they’ve been here before they get to skip you while you fill out your paperwork. Any how we finally got to the back and were seen. Due to how nice the doctor and nurse were to us I’m giving 3 st
