Customer Reviews
I showed up shortly before closing when my daughter got a cut next to her eye at bedtime. They were so quick to help us and make sure she was taken care of. I’m sure the meant they had to stay later to document/clean up the room, but this mom is very grateful for that. We always choose PM Peds for our pediatric urgent care needs!
Fantastic and dedicated staff. We came in with our 5-year-old, who was in great pain, and they stuck with the issue until it was resolved. No forwarding us to another service, or fobbing us off on other care. They were determined to see the matter through, and they got the job done. Bedside manner was also impeccable. My wife and I are as impressed as we are grateful. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone.
If you decide to go at your own risk, make an appointment or don’t waste your time. We actually had good experiences at PM Pediatrics a few times before. That is until yesterday. I took my daughter up for an eye injury around 9 am. Her one eye was swollen shut and red from a scratch on the lid. The receptionist told us they were booked with appointments and then walked away. No updates after that and there was no one in the waiting room at that time. We were finally seen at 10:30 and during that wait time only one other person came in. The appointment took a total of 10 minutes. No ointment. No eye drops. They just gave her a Zyrtec and sent us on our way — even though this had nothing to do with allergies. We will be finding another place to go.
I had a 1 month old showing first signs of the flu. They were very fast at getting her seen and doing swabs. They were very good at explaining everything and answering questions I had, really putting my mind at ease. They were very accommodating in general. I would feel very comfortable going back should we ever need urgent care for any of our children. The building was very clean and had beautiful murals to top off the excellent care we received.
I have brought my daughter to this urgent care twice. The first time five star review. The second time not so much. I brought my daughter in for a fever and a suspected ear infection. There was no wait and the rooms were clean. When we got back to our room, we were greeted by a med tech. He took my daughter‘s vitals & I asked some basic questions. Then the nurse practitioner came in and did her assessment. The first thing that was offputting is she wanted me to restrain my daughter to look at her ears. Instead of just trying without fighting her. But I complied and restrained to my daughter. Of course, my daughter got very upset. After her assessment she told me that she was in training and the physician would be in to do an assessment also. This is where I have an issue. I Have no problem
