PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I highly recommend PM Pediatric for taking care of my son. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and kind. As a parent, it means everything to feel heard and not rushed, and they truly took the time to listen to my concerns. The provider was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on and what steps we needed to take. They made my son feel comfortable and less anxious, which is not always easy in a medical setting. The office was clean, organized, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m grateful for the care they gave my child and would definitely return if needed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. I have been to this location many times and my experiences have usually been positive, but today I was very disappointed. I came in around 8:10 PM as a walk-in. There were two families ahead of me, and I was given an 8:15 PM time slot. I was told to fill out all of my information, which I did. I waited about 10 minutes, and then another family came in after me. I needed to use the bathroom, so I asked to go to the back and Sherneet at the front allowed me to. As I walked back, I suddenly felt like I was about to pass out. I started sweating, couldn’t hear properly, and my vision went black — symptoms I usually experience before fainting. We visited PM pediatrics on Monday 1/26 at about 2:30 in the afternoon. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. The check in process (after I scheduled my appt online before arriving) was super quick and easy - mostly just confirmed the info the practice already had! My daughter was taken back and triaged by the nurse in under 5 minutes and the provider saw us quickly as well. They did everything necessary to support my daughter’s health (I’m glad they have an xray machine on site).

My 2 yr old had been getting progressively sick and got worse overnight. This pediatric urgent care was even better than our actual pediatricians office. Marcy (or Marcia?) at the front desk was amazing. At one point there was five people in line in the waiting room was half full, but she was never overwhelmed and kept her composure. I watched her handle her job with compassion, patience, and very detailed with each patient. I was a walk in when they opened and from start to finish left in just under an hour. The female doctor Lana was just so so sweet and WONDERFUL with my son. We were sooo antsy to get out of there because he was losing it and again, she had so much patience. This urgent care is a lifesaver. It is so hard sometimes to get into our doctor office for my son and this place always has availability. We have never had one bad experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Never gotten a wrong diagnosed each time he has gone. I will continue to keep bringing my son here. I also love that there's never a long wait. At the normal doctors office I would've been waiting for over an hour.
