Excellent experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and caring. They took great care of my daughter late at night (around 10:30 PM) after a cat bite and made a stressful situation easier for all of us. Everyone we interacted with was patient, compassionate, and thorough, and they made sure she received exactly the care she needed. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients. We’re very grateful and highly recommend PM Pediatric Urgent Care.

We brought our son in two nights ago for a strep throat test. He had visible white spots on his tonsils, a severe sore throat, and a 103° fever. As many parents know, having someone swab the back of a child’s throat isn’t easy, and we understand that. The first nurse genuinely tried her best but wasn’t able to complete the test. A second nurse then came in very confidently and assured us she could handle it. However, she barely attempted to open his mouth properly and did not appear to swab his tonsils thoroughly before declaring, “All set.” It was hard to believe the test was done correctly. To make matters worse, she later stated she didn’t see any white spots on his tonsils — only blue ones. We had to remind her that the staff had just given him a blue popsicle immediately after the t

Easy online check in - I picked my daughter up at school and she said her ear was sore after a cold for a few days - made the appointment online for 3:15 and completed all check in online - arrived at 3:10, were immediately brought in - PA came in and we were all set within 10 minutes! So friendly and efficient and love that it’s just kids!

Great experience. Was able to make an appointment that worked for my schedule. Son needed an xray. Was seen quickly, visit lasted and hour. Quickest most efficient appointment i have ever had at an urgent care facility. Highly recommend

What an amazing place!!! Heard about this place last week when my daughter was getting a fever and cough. Took her here and was seen within 10-15 minutes. Tested for strep & flu and she had flu b. Just went yesterday with my son who had a cough and sore throat, but all tests; strep & flu were negative so just keep an eye on him in case it develops. Staff are so welcoming and quick to say the least. Was added to their website so I can check on test results, so helpful! Will be making this my priority place especially as they are kid focused. Hours are amazing especially since fevers always arise right after dinner at least in my house.
