What a disappointment. The front desk was unbelievably unhelpful. The Latina woman at the desk seemed confused about why my son has two last names! Instead of properly looking for his medical records, she lazily created a new one to make things easier for herself, which delayed us even more the appointment that previously made for 2pm. And ended seeing the doctor at 4:30pm... My son was there two days ago for vomiting, diarrhea, and fever, yet somehow left with an ear infection diagnosis and amoxicillin—which obviously didn’t help at all. Today they couldn’t find his records from that visit, made us wait almost three hours, and after all that we left with nothing but probiotics… while my son has been vomiting and having diarrhea for almost a week. This should never happen when you brin

Just returned to NoVA and we are so glad we found PM Peds Urgent Care! This winter has been a tough adjustment and both Woodbridge and Fairfax locations have been wonderful. Thankful for compassionate and competent providers when we are all feeling bad! Shoutout to Nicole G for her patience and extra thorough explanations for a mama with a head cold.

Easy to setup an appointment. Seen quickly. Medicine sent by checkout. Inexpensive with my insurance. Dr. Butler was excellent as well the front desk administration and nurse was helpful, professional, and nice. Sick visit but our baby girl will be feeling better soon.

Pretty terrible experience. My son had an head injury (open wound). Online said no wait, but just to be safe I made an appointment through the website. Arrived 25 minutes early. Check in was smooth. 2 families were in the waiting room when we arrived. Shortly after we arrived about 4 different families, all walk ins (you can tell because they ask if you have an appointment or are walking in and all said walk in) arrived. They called back both of the families who arrived before us prior to our appt time. 10 minutes past our appt time, they call a family with no appt back. I walked to the front and asked how much longer it would be since we were now 15 mins past our appt and they were calling back walk ins who came after us ahead of us regardless of our appt. The front desk asked for our nam

Have been here several times, but have never left a review. In seeing the slew of negative feedback (aren’t we all more likely to rate a place when we are upset?) I thought it would be fair to also share a good review. Have always had a great experience at FfX. The waiting room is separated into sick and well kids areas which I appreciate with my young baby. The MA’s and nurses have always been kind, professional and helpful. Its more likely to be busy around dinner time so don’t expect to be in and out in 20 minutes, but is pretty convenient to get quick care around noon. Not a place to just push antibiotics on everyone. They explain their findings and rationale on when it’s likely viral or bacterial and what to do for it at home. All the care I’ve received has been evidence based and
