Great job on my daughter's ingrown toenail. The first time. The second time we called and they were around 3 weeks out. I asked if we could get sooner as my daughter is very active and in pain. I was told call back everyday for a cancellation. I started calling and was told not to call every day but on Mondays. I asked why they dont have list which was apparently annoying, and was told that thats not part of their policy. I called elsewhere and was given an appointment much sooner.

Dr Henriksen is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me address my bunion pain and I will definitely be back for surgery with him. Also, all the girls at the front desk are super kind and helpful, especially Tahlia Tavares Mann.. she was wonderful at answering all my questions and getting me in for an appointment quickly.

Hello to all, I want to report that the 2 Receptionist at the Plymouth Podiatry office were extremely nice, and gave me all the time is needed to fill out papers while I waited a very short time. Dr. Smithers excellent with me . So if I need help with my toes or foot, this is the place. Again thank you all so much.

Horrible experience. Didn’t get past the rude receptionist. I felt so disrespected that I refused my appointment and left. The unprofessionalism was amazing. The front desk woman was lazy and rude. There had been an ongoing issue with them receiving the referral from my primary care doctor. I had my primary care fax the referral over no fewer then 5 times. Her tone of voice, lack of interest in me as a person and rude behavior were completely inexcusable. And , the girl who called me in for my appointment was no better. Her only words of help to me were, “if you don’t go in right now you’ll lose your appointment.” Most unprofessional doctors office ever. I would never go back there, there are just too many other doctors’ offices who will be far more respectful.

I had the best experience at this place with the help from Tahlia she was the best to get me in so fast. I had a accident and my ankle was all swollen they took me in that day and got exrays and a boot. Had so much pain from planterfacis and could not walk they took me right in gave me two shots and I have been pain free since. best place to go and get ur feet taken care of.
