I had an 11am appointment, I walked into the door at 11:06. I had all my new patient paperwork, I told the receptionist who was extremely rude that I just had to write down my insurance number on the one form. She rolled her eyes and said she was going to have to check if I could be seen because it was 10 minutes past my appointment. I know for a fact it was not 10 minutes. I tried explaining to her that this was my first time out of the house since having my baby and I really tried to get here on time. No compassion nothing just more eye rolls. She then told me to have a seat, I sat there until 11:14 when she then told proceeded to tell me I couldn’t be seen. Oh and also while I was waiting I overheard her say with a snappy attitude to a coworker “I’ll reschedule her if I have to I don’t

I had an initial appointment scheduled today at 1:00 PM after waiting over two months. In December, I confirmed with the office that my referral had been received. However, upon check-in today, I was told they did not have it and was asked to sign a waiver stating I would be financially responsible if the referral was not obtained — despite being previously told it had already been received. I calmly expressed concern about signing a financial waiver for something I had confirmed months ago. I made it clear I was not trying to be difficult, but I was understandably hesitant to assume liability for what appeared to be an internal administrative issue. I was told my options were to sign the waiver or reschedule once the referral was received. I chose to reschedule. What followed was deeply

I will greatly miss the exceptional care and skills of Dr. Gadenne. She has expertise, and a most warm and caring attentiveness. Over the years Dr. Gadenne and her assistants have been totally focused on me during my checkups and surgeries which instill in me enormous trust in her.

Witnessed a woman in pink scrubs yelling at what appeared to be a patient in the hallway outside of the office door. Not sure what happened but it was very unprofessional and not a good reflection on the business. I will give an extra star because I’ve never been here as a patient myself. If that’s how the staff members behave at work then I’m not sure it’s the place for me. Just wow.. big commotion!!!

Dr. Yu and his staff are incredible! Welcoming, courteous, and patient ..explaining every step in detail . I’ve had a few procedures with other facilities and Dr. Yu , Russ , and Karen gave me the very best treatment. Go see them and see for yourself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
