Frustrating... My insurance changed, and I had to find a new PCP. Saw online that Dr Olson was taking new patients. Over the course of 3 months, I called 5+ times, talked to reception once who simply told me to leave a voicemail with my information, got hung up on a separate time, and sent numerous emails/inquiries on their site. Never once did they follow up. A simple "we are not taking new patients at this time" would have been nice and courteous... Frustrating administration, not sure how the actual care is.

Marcela, the assistant of Dr Brian Mcmanus just hang up on my face while telling me I wasn’t a patient yet and I was just on a list to become one. So why do you tell Blue Cross Blue Shield that you are accepting New Patients as PCP? I’m not begging to be seen and will find help elsewhere. This review does not reflect the rest of the staff of this facility or installations. My son receives care here and the service of Dr Hawthorne is absolutely outstanding and the facility is excellent!

The best docs, NP but Lisa goes abouve and beyond all the time. She organized, professional, empathetic and always fet the job done quickly. Shes amazing. Give her a raise asap.

We switched to Dr Chickersal’s office a while ago and are thoroughly impressed by our care. The doctor is delightful, intelligent, compassionate and her medical assistant Lisa is phenomenal as are the nurses and entire office staff. You are seen with minutes of your appointment time efficiently and cheerfully and professionally! Everything gets followed up above expectations. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars as they are so outstanding and we are thrilled to have our healthcare needs tended to by such an incredible team!

I see Dr. Chikersal here and she is absolutely amazing! She listens to all of your concerns and doesn’t rush you out of her office like most doctors do. The staff as a whole at Plymouth Carver are so nice and always greet you with a smile! One time, I put in the wrong address and ended up at their address 10 minutes lates. They were so understanding and still found a way to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend this practice!
