Dr. Geiger and here staff have been treating my family for years and we always have a pleasant experience. Whether it's annual cleaning or tooth pain, they are right there to correct the problem! She has a gentle hand, which is unlike other dentists I've been to. She and her staff have a way of relaxing you, to prepare you for your procedure. They have all of the modern equipment and an updated facility. Her staff is always kind and friendly and I can't wait till my next appointment!

Very rude glad I record all calls when making appts so I can remember I see why all their reviews are years old. Then she said she the manager and hung up in my face very rude I will be sending this recording to the dental board Ms. I am the manager. Very rude and unprofessional I want let them clean my dog teeth.

Plus One Dental offers a quality experience. Dr. Geiger and her staff are very professional and informative. Her front office is equally professional with check in, making appointments, and with giving up-front pricing (a perk I really appreciate). Dr. Gieger's staff walked me through my whole appointment, did a preliminary exam, and shared their findings and recommendations with me. They even walked me through my x-rays! Dr. Geiger followed up with her home exam and carefully explained her concerns and recommendations as well. I felt very welcome and comfortable in her office and would be happy to recommend them. Downsides: the outside of the practice looks a little shady from the street view, but inside it has been renovated and very modern - don't let the outside appearance deter you!

I have been a patient of Dr Geiger's for almost 13-15 years now. The one thing I appreciate about her dental practice is the professionalism of her staff. She hires very competent, and friendly staff members. Moreover, there have been minimal staff turnovers in this same time period. It is real important for me that I see the same staff everytime I come to the office. Not to mention, they all are courteous and they all know every patient by name. Starting with Dr Geiger, all the staff members have been nothing but professional everytime I have come to the office. Finally, everyone of the staff members take pride in rendering excellent customer service all the time. This is a wonderful dental office, and a great group of people to know and work with.
