This company policy is to call the job to verify the check before they cash any checks, and PLS holds the check (refusing to give the check back) if no one at the company can verify the check The young man was very unprofessional (taunting) informing the customer that there’s nothing he can do on that side of the glass

Absolutely tacky and unprofessional, appears as though its more like a meet and greet than a bank. The wait was unbelievable considering we were the only people in there. . Not recommend unless you're lonley and have plenty of spare time.

I came here having some trouble cashing my check and Trina and katiuska was such a big help they did an amazing job and it did not take long at all, I will be coming back thank you for all your help
