Pleasant View Emergency Center

I love this incredible Emergency Center. I had to go 3 times within a 7 day period with different patients in the same family. They are prompt getting you in a room to be seen. You get care right away. It's better here than Makay dee. Stephanie the RN was with our family twice. She is efficient and amazing at her job. She was so kind to get us masks for my family has been really sick. The staff at this place are quick and efficient. And geez the last visit the ER got us done before getting all the registered information. They got to figure out to have it easier registration. Registration is a pain.

The staff are very kind, attentive, understanding, thorough and quick. Definitely the Cadillac of ER's. Extremely clean, and well appointed with technology. Totally helped with and when I needed it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A HUGE thank you to the staff on 02/19. MD Lee Greenwood, RN Joe, Nurse Maysa, and Brianna from CT. Immediately upon walking in the ER doors and they saw the swelling of my son’s face, we were attended to immediately. My little one was seen for facial swelling, turned out it was from a tiny microscopic abscess. This team eased all my concerns, even when I turned into Momma Bear for a moment, not expecting the ketamine reaction during CT, due to being in a panic state. Not even 24 hours later, my little man is back to singing and dancing with his little goofy personality. Cannot thank you enough y’all. I’ll keep you updated on what route Hillfield goes. Thank you for making a huge improvement!

Dr. Humphrey, was awesome! He and his staff were persistent on taking care of me. He is Professional and very respectful. He definitely has a devotion to his work for his patient's. Because of him I am doing better. Thank you!

This was back in early March of 2025. I went in for some chest aches. The care was good. The staff was nice. But for a little over three hours of monitoring , a few blood tests, and a couple vials of medication the bill was over $8,000! Insurance covered $2,600 and they even said that the bill seemed excessive. Everything was good except for that bill!
