we saw a lady doing a CPR to an unconscious man on the side of the road. she said she was on her way to work at pleasant view center and she saw the man laying and immediately stopped to help. Her and another gentleman did CPR until the ambulance came! thank you so much to that lady

0+0 =00 This place left the seniors with not supervision in evening and don't change o cleaning the senior pu for long period.No employees. Nobody stay longer for the condition of this place.This place need to be closed. Management are very disorganized and don't answer questions to the family. This place put my daughter in a shelter because can handle her and she have 2 chunks in her brain and she take a lot meds. My daughter is going to died with no help. Please don't put you loves one there. The state need to closed this place.

An absolute circus. The facility smells strongly of urine, and the level of care appears neglectful, largely because staff are completely overwhelmed. There is a clear lack of coordination, and at no point did it seem that anyone had a full understanding of what was happening. If this is your last resort, I strongly recommend assembling a dedicated support team and making full use of any external assistance offered.

DO NOT send your loved ones here. This facility is constantly so short staffed that the residents are suffering & the owners of this place DO NOT CARE. I’ve witnessed residents crying because they are not getting the care they deserve. On top of all of that, this place is disgustingly filthy. These residents don’t deserve to live in these conditions and they definitely don’t deserve inadequate care because the owners of this place don’t want to pay staff. It is so heartbreaking. I feel like this place needs to be investigated. If you can, PLEASE send your loved ones elsewhere.

From the moment I arrived at Pleasant View, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Within just a few minutes, I was being assisted, and everything felt organized and efficient. As I waited, I noticed residents chatting with staff and family in the hallway, while others enjoyed the sunshine outside. Sarah, another member of the staff, passed by with a friendly smile, adding to the light, cheerful energy that filled the space. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and it felt like a place where people are genuinely cared for. Pleasant View left me with a truly positive impression.
