My son has gone here for many years. The office staff has been fantastic except for today. Jo had placed me on hold for several minutes and came back to the phone and asked if I had been helped. She forgot about us. It happens , but don't return with an attitude towards the patient. She had a hard time understanding my insurance question. After making an appointment we ended the call. She had her office manager, Yolanda, call me back. I'm not quite sure why, but my guess is Jo didn't like me asking for her name. I began to discuss my experience with Jo to Yolanda and was only able to get 5 words out before she interrupted me and said, "I don't have time for this. It's been a hard day and we are short staffed'. She said she would talk to me at his appointment. Nope. I cancelled the appointm

My entire family went here since the 80’s to the 2000’s. Now I take my child here, ans does my sister. Always amazing, can get same day appointments and my daughter and I love all the doctors we’ve seen so far. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that’s totally understandable, when you have great doctors. My daughter is usually shy around male doctors, but she absolutely loved Dr. D’Andrea… in fact, she was sad we couldn’t see him at our last appointment. The nurses and receptionists are also amazing!

I recommend everyone I know to this office. Dr D’Andrea and Dr Galan are wonderful doctors and their nurse practitioner is kind and helpful. I am always able to get a same day appointment for my kids when they are sick, if I call in at opening. They also have some urgent care hours on Saturday mornings that have come in handy. I want to address some of the items mentioned in negative reviews here. The office billing manager is always very kind and welcoming to me. Ive seen her be firm when needed, on rare occasion, but she is definitely respectful. In fact, all of their staff has been excellent at helping me get referrals needed and supporting me during stressful insurance changes and hospital visits. They genuinely care about their patients. The medical assistants are all wonderful too. W

So far my experience with the office staff, medical assistants, billing office, physician, etc. has been nothing but pleasant and straightforward. We got my son in early on a Saturday when he was 2 days old to establish care. Brianne, the N.P. was nothing but sweet and emphatic with us after learning our son already lost 10% of his birth weight at the time. We see Dr. Galan regularly and we have no complaints after almost a year. Yes the office building is old, they still use paper charts, etc. but cosmetics don’t take away from their care.

Called months ago to try to establish my children at this office and was told to just come in and do it. Then I asked about sick appointments since my children were already up to date on Well child check ups for the year they told me to just “come in or call that day and we will see them”. So that’s what I did when my son was sick and needed to be seen and the front desk staff acted like I was insane for bringing my son into their office. Told me I should just take him to an urgent care and do it the proper way if I wanted to have them seen for well child appointments. Which will not be needed since I would never take my children to an office where the front desk and nurses at the front treat me and my son like we are an inconvenience for their office. I would never trust anyone at this of
