Pleasant Street Orthodontics

We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience at Pleasant St Orthodontics, since starting back in 2024! Dr. Richter was wonderful, informative and affordable compared to other offices. We miss her and wish her the best in her retirement. Dr. T is equally fabulous and we look forward to using him again for our second child later this year. The office has had a beautiful makeover recently, we love the new look! The office staff are all extremely friendly, and the assistants have been wonderful as well. Our entire experience has been wonderful, we highly recommend this office!

We had a consultation for our 8yr old son today and he was pretty nervous going into it. The entire staff was so kind and made him feel at ease right out of the gate. We left there feeling confident as Dr T was able to answer all the questions and concerns we had as he sat with us and went over everything. On top of the welcoming staff, the office is incredibly clean while also feeling warm and welcoming!

I wish I could give more than five stars!! I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr T and his amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Recently, I had an issue and called the office around 4:45 to schedule an appt for the next couple of days. Instead, they stayed open and had me come in right away because they were closing for a long weekend. When I finished another patient arrived at almost 5:30 to be seen- talk about going above and beyond. I am finally happy with my smile- I would highly recommend this team for their exceptional care and dedication.

I can sum up my experience with “not a hitch”. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, kind, and knowledgable. Making and changing appointments was done quickly and without issue. My results were as promised and I’m very happy with my results. My sincere thanks to every one.

OH MY STARS! Just had a fabulous appointment! This anxious gal called with some concerns, Carol answered and was so compassionate, the staff were able to get me in on a cancellation, Jess worked her magic on my retainers and my nerves, Dr. T was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Everyone really listened and made me feel like a true individual. The expertise and kindness contained in this building is just so refreshing. Walking out with a genuine (and stunning) smile on my face! 😁
