Dr Simon and everybody working at Pleasant st Dental are amazing! I'm a former patient of Dr Richardson and after having several regular visits and a crown made here, I highly recommend this place! Dr Simon is very attentive, careful and kind. The crown she made is excellent. Also great staff in this clinic across the board, some of the people here I know for years.

Dr. Chiu at Pleasant St. Dental saved my life!! In August of 2022, I was experiencing severe pain due to an infected tooth. I was unable to eat, sleep, and actually ended up in the ER trying to figure out what was going on. I called Pleasant St. Dental to request an emergency appointment and Dr. Chiu answered the phone as the on-call dentist. She immediately arranged to see me for an emergency off-hours appointment that same day to confirm I needed a root canal, ASAP. She helped put in a referral and I was able to book the emergency procedure within 2 days. I will never forget the compassion, care, and urgency that she showed towards me at that time.
