Dr. Butler is amazing. Shes very prompt, she listens, she asks questions. Shes a very nice lady and you can tell she has a passion for the work she does . Very pleased with her and the care she shows her patients. Highly recommend her

Where do I begin. They don't listen to you or your concerns until you decide to do something yourself. I have been to 3 different doctors here with concerns of my newborns breathing WITH video evidence and I got push aside and dismissed FOR 2 MONTHS. I eventually bought a $400 owlet sock to monitor her myself and brought up the levels with the doctors and then they decided to do something. Turns out she has a heart murmur. I requested to go to a children's hospital since they are better equipped to deal with children for her over night evaluation but the doctor refused to listen to me. I am overall fed up with the lack of respect and constantly being dismissed. They are outdated.

Both of my children have been patients here. While my son is grown, my daughter is still a patient. Jan has been wonderful with my daughter. My daughter does not trust easily, but Jan has a way with her. My children have always received caring and competent care here. I have also been very happy about the timely manner that my children have been seen when needed. The staff is great!

Staff is nice, but inner office communications are not the best. Trying to get prescriptions filled is a nightmare. It's gone downhill since Dr Thomas and Dr Coombs retired. Update: Now that things have settled it is a much more pleasant place and interactions with all the staff are great.

My wife and I were patients 20 years ago and now or children are cared for by the wonderful staff and doctors. We spent 8 years in big cities before returning home and these doctors or no small town hillbillies. This isn't the typical, "we go here cause it's the only place." We would drive, and have driven, 3+ hours for the best care for our children. We are lucky to have this practice in the area.
