Pleasant Manor Nursing Home

Very beautiful and well maintained home. I had my grandmother in this facility for many years. Staff is attentive and caring. Resident's are always well taken care of and concerns are addressed promptly by the administration.

My husband has Alzheimer's and is not able to stay at home any longer. Pleasant Manor has an Alzheimer's unit called Memory Lane and this is where he lives now. It is a nice, clean nursing home. The residents gets 3 meals a day along with snacks if wanted. The staff has been nice and caring to my husband and alerts me when his care is being changed. Also several years ago my mother went into Pleasant Manor for rehab due to a hairline fracture in her hip. They worked with her so she could come back home. I recommend them for anyone needing their services.

My sister is in the memory unit at Pleasant Manor. Our family is extremely happy with the care she receives there. It is a very clean and attractive facility. The staff are really sweet and helpful. They always have nice decorations and activities for holidays and other events. There are loads of photos and some videos on their facebook page. The residents have a lot of fun there. For several years they have made my sisters life meaningful and pleasant!

Both my parents were in Pleasant Manor and had very good care. They very pleased with the way the staff took care of them and they thought the food was great. They did not want to go to a nursing home but they realized when it was time and they picked Pleasant Manor and was very glad that they did. Lori and staff are absolutely great.

My father who is on hospice was placed here for respit care. His sister who he stayed with decided he couldn’t come back. I am in Florida and was informed day before he was put out that he couldn’t stay. We had to apply for long term Medicaid and what if he died on day 19. They wouldn’t get paid. The next morning they put my confused father out with no where to go. He ended up sitting in the emergency room. I understand bottom line is money but the administration there was cold hearted and could have cared less.
