Terrible service. Multiple times they counted pills wrong and shorted me. Had to call to fix those. The delivery service is not everyday anymore and I ran out of pills once. Had to wait days for an antibiotic I really needed to be delivered. Kevin used to handle things well when he was the main pharmacist. I don’t even think he’s there anymore. I would not go here unless you don’t mind dealing with all of that.

This place is awful. They constantly messed up my script. It was late multiple times. Their staff was regularly rotating due to issues. Amy the pharmacist is intentionally rude. They refused to let me talk to the owner. I changed to mail order in Boynton Beach at Asters pharmacy and I get my script at half the cost. I highly recommend NOT going here. Also..I will keep putting this review up. Also, stop calling me...Im mot a customer, Amy Go be crazy elsewhere

We called Pleasant Hills Apothecary the other day and were told they had my child’s ADHD medication in stock. We tried our normal pharmacy, Giant Eagle, Rite Aid and nobody had it in stock. We were relieved to hear somebody could fill it. I drove a half an hour through winding roads, railroad tracks, a 1-lane tunnel during rush hour traffic to find out that they, in fact, do not have the needed medication in stock and that we were lied to. I found out the hard way they do not live up to the rave reviews that I’ve been reading online about them.

I love this pharmacy! They deliver your medicine right to your door, are very friendly and knowledgeable! They also have amazing customer service and actually care! Tonight my daughter had an ear infection and her meds were called in at 6:30pm. With the pharmacy closing at 7pm I didn't think I would be able pick up her meds tonight. But I called and they told me to come right down! They even ran it right out to my car so I didn't have to drag my sick kid inside! I am forever appreciative and will always be a loyal customer!

I absolutely love these guys. I switched over to them from CVS years ago and have never regretted it. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They allow for online refills and can even mail or delivery medication, an absolutely PRICELESS service. If you live in the area you should absolutely make these guys your pharmacy.
