10/10 would recommend this dental office! I would write a novel if I could about my great experience here. If I could give them a higher rating I would!! I was first greeted by friendly faces of Syd and Tori at the front desk. I went in for my first cleaning in a vvvvvvverrrrrry long time (being a single mom, I put things on the back burner), anyway Dr. Yaacoobi and Carly worked on me at my visit and they were so wonderful. Carly is so efficient and so nice. Dr. Yaacoobi was so nice and professional and did such a great job on my teeth and answered and explained things very thoroughly. I grew up going to an OG Korean Dentist, which she's great too, but my old Korean dentist was hardcore where everything hurt, but Pleasant Grove Dental Group is such a game changer. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years to get normal cleanings. They told me I had 3 cavities one of the appointments I went in, I was in no pain whatsoever. I finally made it back to have them “treated”. One of the treatments only could be done with paying out of pocket. The day after and week post cavity filling I had a throbbing pain in my jaw. The dentist Dr. G had told me I may need a root canal on one of them because it was close to the root nerve, still performed the procedure. I went back in a week after getting fillings and she did a cold test where I just about jumped up from the chair because I had never experience that much pain before. Dr. Yaacoobi is amazing. He spent a lot time with me going over all my options. Great listener and very caring. Natalie his assistant was great! The office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I was pretty nervous going to the dentist. I havent been in for a while. Staff were very kind and comforting. I felt heard about any of my concerns and questions. I would recommend coming here. Thank you Dr Yaacoobi, Carly, Tori, Cindy and Gina. -Melissa

I went in for my first appointment and had such an amazing experience. I don’t recall the women’s name who helped me before the doctor came in but she made my experience WONDERFUL. She was so full of life and energy and aimed to make me as comfortable as possible. The doctor (Omar) I think his name was is amazing and broke everything down and made it easy to understand and gave me a game plan to get my teeth back in good standing and I did not feel pressured one way or another- he even remembered my husband and asked about him from an emergency visit before. I have definitely found my new dentist who I will always visit for anything I need. They even got my husband in same day for an emergency appointment for toothache. Wonderful staff through and through.
