*Update...Speaking to legal to see what can be done. Dr. Mays didn't seem to think this technician needed re-teaching because I haven't heard from her. No one should suffer the abuse I did from this technician....I went to get my teeth cleaned today. It was the worst experience I have had at Plaza Dental. The hygienist had a horrible rude bedside manner. She was rough in cleaning my teeth constantly sticking my gums. As I brought that to her attention she began asked ng questions. I told her I didn't want to answer questions about how often I floss my teeth to please just st clean them. She was as a bully saying she had to ask questions so she continued. My family and I have been going to Dr. May’s office for a long time and ever since Dr. May’s predecessor, Dr. Crawford, managed the dental office and practice. The front office and admin are so friendly and helpful. They are the kindest and best dental office I have ever visited.
