Plaza Dental Clinic

Dr.Fariba is wonderful! I’ve been going with her for years and always have a great experience. I am never in any pain during or after my visits with her. One time I went to a different dentist at a different location which was a big mistake! That doctor left me in sooo much pain but fortunately Dr.Fariba was kind enough to take me in right away and take a look at it. Once she helped me it immediately relieved the pain. She was super gentle and mindful that I was in pain.:)

I love Dr. Fariba and staff. She always have the lateral technology and truly care for the dental care of her patients. Been going to her for over 10 + years

I would give it 5 starts for Dr Fariba only. However, I don't appreciate her front desk staff. I was trying to bring my husband in for an appointment and the receptionist basically turned my business away. Stating to call her back later as so she was alone and had too much work to do. If I was the clinics owner. I'd be upset to see my staff turn away clientele. It doesn't matter if is private insurance or medical. Business is business. I think they should get re evaluated to see if they're a good fit for the job.

The worst experience I ever had. I had to get my withdom tooth extracted due to severe pain caused by the cavity in it. I found an office in Burbank that can help me with that and needed Plaza Dental Clinic to fax them a referral. I called them, gave all the phone/fax numbers of that other office and asked to do so. I had to wait for the tooth extraction for TWO weeks (all that time I'd been suffering with a terrible pain) and decided to give the Burbank office a phone call a day before my appointment to see if they received a referral from my main office (Plaza Dental Clinic). Guess what? They didn't get anything))) And, of course, they couldn't see me without it. The appointment was canceled. I bring my 2 daughter to this place because one of my daughter friend recommended this place for braces because we was went to another dentist and for each braces they charge $7000 and here only charge $3000 each I think depends what kind a job you need ., but yea is good service and all the time they have a lot costumer.. I would recommend this place it’s small waiting room but nice service..
