I truly received the best care ever at Plattner Dental. I completed my Invisalign treatment here, and from start to finish the experience was amazing. The entire team was thoughtful, caring, and incredibly attentive every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and provided outstanding customer service. I always felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. I am (self-admittedly) an obnoxiously fearful dental patient. Every single person I met today in this practice is top notch. Taylor was my hygienist, she listened to me, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was doing ok through the entire appointment. Dr. Plattner came in to introduce herself and explain the plan of treatment for me. Both were absolutely amazing! I will never enjoy the dentist, but this office and everyone in it makes it bearable. The receptionist staff Megan was so helpful and quick to get my husband and I in as new patients when there were cancellations with great communication and schedule options. My hygienist Brooke took extra time and care to explain what she was about to do throughout my dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Fulmer was very informative and paid close attention to detail during her exam too. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever received starting with the first phone call to establish care, my entire exam, cleaning, and with all the information I received at check out! You can definitely tell that customer service is a high priority at Plattner Dentistry!

Very nice modern building that makes you feel more comfortable as soon as you walk in. It doesn't give you the normal dull office vibes that portray the painful visit you think will happen. All of the staff are very professional and kind and are also quick to welcome you with kind words at all times. The dentist was very informative and truly seemed like they want you to understand any information given and not just seem like they are in a rush and trading from a script. All together I had a very amazing visit, and will continue to go back to them regularly for any further dental needs.

Great place! Felt well taken care of. Basically a brand new office with new equipment. Saw Dr. Fulmer (sp?), she took the time to provide recommendations. Recommend this place!
