First time patient here. Dr Dietzel was fast efficient and professional. He did a great job on my teeth!

I have very high anxiety going to the Dentist, due to alot of bad experiences. I will definitely go back to Platteville Dental, everyone is so nice, and gentle.

The Dentists and employees are great , but front office employee MANDY treats the employees like 2nd class citizens in front of CUSTOMERS totally disrespectful and wrong. In addition my stepdaughter had her hours cut do to fact that another dental assistant was hired for less $. Yes are there are two sides to every story, but I witnessed the Mandy side and thats all I needed to see. I've owned of few businesses through the years and could be hard to work for I'm sure, but never reprimanded employees in front of customers. Its not all about the Money guys, its about the customer experience...

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Dietzel. I scheduled the appointment expecting my loose implant to be properly assessed and repaired. However, during the procedure, it became apparent that Dr. Dietzel was unfamiliar with my specific implant type. This resulted in an unsuccessful attempt to fix the issue, leaving the problem unresolved. Even more concerning, his recommendation was to simply wait for the implant to fall out on its own rather than propose any proactive solution. The fact that he only asked about the implant's origin partway through the procedure suggests a lack of preparation and professionalism. I would have expected a more thorough evaluation and a clear treatment plan before proceeding.

I came into my first appointment today with complete anxiety due to very sensitive gums. I had zero pain or sensitivity my whole appointment. I have never left the dentist feeling so empowered and happy. They listened thoroughly to all my concerns and Answered any questions I had. I had such a great experience. I’d recommend them to anyone!
