Platte River Foot and Ankle Surgeons

Poor communication, terrible service. I first saw Alicia for my plantar fasciitis. She was wonderful and kind,as was the staff. She got me set up with some very expensive inserts. It took 6 weeks to get them which I think in this day and age is an extraordinary amount of time, however I was hoping for good results. Alicia explained to me there was a break-in period which I followed exactly. She also told me that they were 100 % returnable if I couldn't make them work within a 30 day period. My feet unfortunately got so much WORSE with the inserts. So much so that I had to start walking with a cane. I made an appointment for reevaluation. Upon this appointment I was told that (and kind of laughed at) that of course these were NOT returnable. They were a custom-made product. There was noth

Professional. Kind and careful. Service is good. I do wish the entrance had an automatic door opener however. It would make entry easier when in surgical boot and using a walker/wheelchair.

It was a good experience from start to finish. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definately keep going back.

My visit to PRF&A was perfect. From start to finish. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and patient. I would recommend to everyone who needs their service.
