Platinum Hearing

Having been to several audiologists and technicians (like at Costco) I finally found Platinum Hearing where I feel that my needs came first. For example, instead of having me try a few instruments for a few minutes and then decide which is best, Platinum Hearing allows the customer to try several brands for a few days or even a week so you can make a decision in real life situations. Dr. Clark is outstanding and treats each customer with great care. I will never use another audiologist again and believe that using a credentialed audiologist is worth the difference in price that you may find at bog box stores.

I had my annual exam with Laura Cervantes this morning and couldn't be more pleased with the service and results. I discussed my issues and concerns with my hearing changes and she verified with an audiology hearing test and made necessary adjustments to my hearing aids. She was pleasant, kind and professional, as well as eager to please and check for my satisfaction. The office, though small in size, was clean, neat and well cared for as were the test stations and room.

My hearing aids were very uncomfortable. And she tried two other styles . One was perfect. Then she called my insurance to see if I could get new ones . It was a very good appt. I was so much more relaxed to know my hearing aids would no Longer fall off.

Excellent business. Dr. Kristin Clark is pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and honest. A very informative meeting. She spends as much time as you need.

Made an appointment for my husband. there was no notice that insurance will not be taken for a hearing exam and when we look them up, their website states they do Tinnitus Management and Comprehensive Diagnostic Testing. We were not given any options except to receive hearing aids and then paid full out-of-pocket for the visit. Do not waste your time here.
