I highly recommend Platinum Digestive Health! In November of 25 my husband needed a colonoscopy. After calling multiple doctors referred by our primary, and hearing they were months out for a consultation, my husband found PDH. It was a godsend. They got him in quickly for a consultation and booked the surgery for the following week! All the staff is OUTSTANDING! They are welcoming, compassionate and very knowledgeable. My husband saw Dr.Patel, and I ended up seeing Dr. Abidali. The Nurse Practitioner is very thorough, and knowledgeable, she was very helpful and instrumental in getting his procedure booked quickly. I’m so grateful for PDH! They are a true gem!

Staff is mostly polite. I've had good experiences with Dr. Patel. But not too fond of the PA. Came back for a reoccurring problem. I proceeded to describe the symptoms I had and they automatically dismissed my problem as the reason for the symptoms. Afterwards, I proceeded to tell them that I had the exact same symptoms last time when this problem was addressed. And they finally said oh okay like acknowledging what I said could be correct. I was surprised because I've seen this PA before in the past and they were helpful. But this time I felt like they were brushing off my experience. Honestly I know we as patients aren't the expert and we obviously wouldn't be seeing a doctor if we could address it ourselves. But I still think they should listen to the patient and validate what we say as

Oh my gosh, I just met my new GI doctor, Dr Zakaria, and she was wonderful. I've had to see so many GI doctors in my life, and especially in the last few years, and for the first time in a really long time, I feel like someone actually sees me, listened to me and understands what I'm going through and what I need. I am so thankful and full of gratitude for my doctor recommending her and for meeting her. The whole staff was very nice and the office was clean and there's really nothing more to say... Just that I am very grateful that there are still doctors out there that seem to care and want to give quality service. Not just treat you like a chore or task to be taken care of and gotten rid of. I went to Dr. Dam for a second opinion and couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, spending nearly an hour going over everything, answering all my questions, and ordering additional tests. I felt very comfortable with him and, most importantly, truly heard as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Dam and PDH.

Dr Abidali is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He doesn’t rush you or make you feel unheard. Even the office staff and Medical assistants are fantastic.
