Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC

My grandmother has been a resident here for almost a year, and they have taken great care of her. This is a wonderful facility with an excellent staff.

For the most part- the care at Plantation Manor has been good. There are a few issues that as yet have not been addressed. The cna’s here are very kind and caring and seem to really like their job there. They are very good to my sister.

We recently moved my mother into this facility. It has been a better experience than when she was a resident in another facility in our area.

My husband has been here for almost 3 years! It's a good place when you cant be at home. They decorate for every holiday! Christmas at Plantation is especially a special time. This place holds a very special place in my heart!

This is the saddest no good excuse of a nursing home I've ever heard of. For starters my grandmother was sent there for temporary rehab. Then she gets infected and has to have a second unnecessary surgery due to lack of care. Third she's sitting in urine for long periods of time. We requested a transfer only to be put on the back burner. Finally get transfer papers and Miraculously she now has Covid! We did two home test and both were negative but they can't provide proof of their test they supposedly gave her. Now she can't be moved out of a room with another sick patient who is extremely ill. Sick to my stomach! God forbid if this were any of their personal family. I hope they know every thing you do comes back ten fold! I hope this doesn't happen to some other sad elderly individual. De
