PLANES DENTAL ARTS PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I don’t even know where to start. My 8-year-old daughter’s room is more organized than this office. In October last year, I became a new patient at one of the locations managed by this office because it’s close to my home. I was told I needed three root canals, three crowns, and two fillings, and they charged my card over $4,000 upfront. After treatment started, they realized I did not need the third root canal and crown. I was told I would be refunded about $800. However, Planes Dental Arts, which manages the finances for this location, is responsible for issuing the refund, and they have not returned my money. I'm new to this office, 2 yrs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had some wonderful hygienist here clean my teeth. 4 crowns due to cracked teeth that had up to 50 yr old filings. They have fixed me right up! Very relaxed surroundings, everyone is so very nice, you're always made comfortable... even in the waiting area. No need to worry about any discomfort in the dentist chair either!! They take insurance too... give em a call, you won't be sorry..... 😁

I called for an appointment for my 92 yr old mom. She needed a tooth pulled and Tom, who was so kind, got her right in. Everyone there was kind and friendly. Dr Pichardo was so understanding of my mom’s age, feelings and finances. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back there again.
