I had a dental cleaning scheduled had no intention of canceling with a busy weekend as a single mom I did not see the confirmation call. Was called Monday morning before my 1 o’clock appointment couldn’t answer called them back within 10 minutes to let them know that I would be at my appointment. Then 10 minutes later was called by the hygienist rudely and told that she gave my appointment away and could accommodate me for 4 o’clock slot. At first, I didn’t even think that that was decent considering I had no intention on canceling my appointment. She said it was their policy to have verbal communication of the confirmation yet I was not told that upon exiting my appointment not to mention the first appointment I made I didn’t even get a confirmation call because they had the wrong phone n

Doctor Paulina Picardo And her team provided stressed free visits. Her gentle approach and thorough explanation of the procedure for my dental work exceeded my expectations. There was minimal discomfort with great results. The modern Clinic and professional friendly staff made it a positive experience that I would highly recommend.

Everything was going great 👍 I had everything done on my bottom teeth . My temporaries were put in and everything healed up nicely. Then my temporaries broke one time I heard that was a good thing? Doctor planes and staff promised me within 4-6 months I would have my permanent teeth and it's been over 6 months . I cannot get a return email or call. Last I heard something happened with the lab and I was told that in the next couple weeks that was in early July it is now mid-August and I've yet to hear anything from any1. All I want is my permanent teeth that I paid 17k for and I would give them 5 stars but as of right now I can't even get a phone call back so I'm pretty unhappy

I did my research. Customer reviews made my decision. I had a absolutely perfect appointment. My team made me feel like they really wanted what was best for me. I was able to relax, and agreed with my treatment plan. Thank you, the experience was positive and I look forward to my team taking care of me.
