My husband went to our local hospital in the middle of the night to get help for severe nausea and pain. Dr Johnson treated him horribly as well as nurse Mike. I’ll specify a little more, he was poked 3 different times in order to insert an IV and the first one caused his arm to swell due to the needle not being placed properly in the vein. This wouldn’t have been too much to complain about, but the doctor and nurse proceeded to tell him that he must “be having a bad trip” and that they won’t be giving any narcotics. Which, my husband never asked for or even cared to receive. He just needed help. He has a specific condition that he’s been previously helped for in the Hereford hospital, and he’s been previously admitted. He doesn’t need pain medication or narcotics. He needs a treatment pla

Definitely one of the most unorganized hospitals I've ever been to, couldn't even send a copy of my daughter's negative COVID test home after the whole reason for the visit was that the school sent her home for a cough, can anyone say NEGLIGENT? That's not even the first problem, when I went for a separate instance I fully paid my bill at the front desk upon leaving and a couple months after these people send me a bill for non-payment. I've delt with my share of hospitals in major metropolitan areas and this is the first time I've had such ignorance upon multiple visits. Get it together.
