Huge thank you's to Karen! We recently were traveling in the Lake Placid area when the wire on one of my HA's died. Without much hope I called Placid Audiology to see if they had a replacement; to my delight they had a wire in stock and were able to see me on extremely short notice. Karen then took time out of her busy schedule to make the repair and went above and beyond by taking extra time to run my HA's through her dryer, and check whether the minor repair would be covered by my warranty. Judging by her kindness and willingness to help someone just passing through her area, it's clear to me her regular customers must get excellent customer support! Thanks Karen!
