4/15/25: My 1st time here. I thought the Dr & her staff were nice & thorough. The place was very clean. They had 🆓️ samples of skin cream, etc. I was quite satisfied 😌 . The only reason it's not a 5 star ✨️ is because I don't "love" a Dr's office. It's not something that I would feel "love" about.

Would avoid this office if you care about doctors and staff having empathy or learning about what is actually going on with your body. I’ve visited this office before about some spots. I have a family history of skin cancer. I did not leave the office feeling satisfied that my health was in good shape. I was told I didn’t need to worry about my spots and no additional testing was done. I’m dealing with a new spot and called this office. They determined a $30 bill went to collections. Even if I pay the bill the office refused to see me. Any doctor who prioritizes $30 over patient health should be avoided if at all possible. Aside from this the front desk staff was snarky. They also offered me no options for different care. Find a doctor who cares about your health rather than whoever th

Terribly incompetent and rude staff. They neglected to tell me the time change for the appointment and then forced me to reschedule when I got there at the original appointment time. They claimed they called me but they did not. The lady at the front desk was so rude and incompetent.

Took my son here…Would give less than 1 if I could. Office staff is rude. Phones are turned off always. Appointments cancelled without notification. Harassed over thei office staff’s ineptness to not know how to process insurance claims or bill the guarantor. Heading to Genesee Valley Dermatology which I have used for myself and that office receives above a 5 star rating.

I called to possibly get information on where I could have my currently valid prescription restarted, since my previous distributor stopped issuing it, very serious situation, all while at work, they acted like I was trying to get a free medication prescribed as if I was some dope fiend or something. I'm not from here nor do I have time to drive all the way to continue being treated as I had, let alone I only wanted to be pointed in the right direction. So to hell with em. Thanks for nothing. (Like i don't know what that was about)
