Eliana is wonderful; so knowledgeable about pelvic floor strengthening, interoception, and other aspects that have moved my kiddo from not listening to his bodies signals, to being able to feel them and making good choices. My son’s sessions with Eliana changed his life (and mine) on so many levels for the better. We are forever grateful for her skills, dedication and warmth. He had been to so many specialists before, but no one got him (as a kiddo) like she did.

Eliana was an integral part of my care team as I prepared for my second birth — a VBAC. I met Eliana in my third trimester on a recommendation from my doula, and cannot say enough great things about my work with her. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, encouraging and supportive. There was one day as I neared the end of my pregnancy that I came in emotional — she knew exactly how to support me, pivoting certain parts of our session to helping me find ways to take care of myself and release the pressure as I neared my due date. She’s gentle, intuitive and incredibly talented. I was able to have a VBAC birth that was peaceful, and my healing moved pretty quickly — I attribute so much of that to my work with Eliana! She’s the best.

Working with Eliana has been life changing for me in terms of my pelvic health and embodiment. I was referred to Pelvic Floor PT for over a decade and finally decided to go once I heard about Eliana from another practitioner. I'm so glad I did. Eliana has helped me significantly decrease internal pelvic pain I've lived with for 20 years and she is helping me get to the root of hip and lower back pain I've also been experiencing for years. She takes the time to really listen, slow down, and she helps me understand what is happening inside my body. I leave every session feeling more connected to my body and with exercises that are truly authentic to what I need. Eliana creates a secure space for vulnerable work and healing. I'm so grateful to have found her.
