Pirate Pediatrics, PA

I filled out new patient paperwork for my 10yr old twins and I have yet to hear anything back from this practice. After two weeks …I called to check the status with my application and was told someone will call me😳 I have not received a call . It’s been almost a full month. I have united healthcare for insurance and maybe they don’t accept it. I have never experienced a pediatrics response like this . We are new to Greenville,NC and already the integrity has been broken with a healthcare provider for children. Now we are looking for another pediatrics. Thanks for wasting our time.

One of the best pediatric doctors I've had in years since I left Fredericksburg VA in 2019. Dr. Morgan and her staff are very responsive, attentive, they listen and take care of your needs. There's never a delay in responding, anytime, even when reaching out on the portal, always attentive and reachable. Love their customer service and their care for their patients. The compassion, empathy, love, attentiveness, and overall care is top notch. They are the best pediatrics in Greenville

I love Ms. Caroline and her team! The ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming when you come in. Ms. Caroline is quick and attentive to my baby needs and I appreciate her for that. She takes the time to explain your concerns and really care for her patients. They also have a portal to communicate directly with your doctor without coming in! Very quick with replying to your questions, never had to wait over a hr for a response! Highly recommend for your kiddos❤️!

We've been with Pirate Pediatrics for over a decade, and throughout the years, my child has consistently received outstanding care. During our most recent visit, Dr. Morgan went above and beyond by taking the time to explain various medical terms in a way that my child could easily understand, providing reassurance and comfort. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail in how she communicated with him.

By far the best pediatric practice in Greenville. From the friendly front desk staff to the providers and everyone in between. You’re listened to and taken seriously about your children’s needs. I love their 7 AM sick drop-in hours which most practices don't provide here. I can’t say enough and recommend them to every friend I have that’s becoming a parent for the first time, you’ll be respected and they’re there for you every step of the way. They are even considerate of a new mother’s needs after birth (mental health and feeding). And the bonus for me, my children actually love going to the doctor now to see the fish in the waiting room. They’re never afraid or drawn back from anyone at this practice.
