I am a first time mom. From the moment I got there for my babies first appointment, it has been a bad experience. I received a phone call to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and when I arrived, the door was locked. Then when they let me in, they told me they didn't open until 9. Why did I receive a phone call to arrive early? I told the nurse I was concerned about jaundice, then Dr. Kufor comes in and sits down, doesn't check my baby at all, then asks me if I have any concerns. I told him I was concerned about jaundice, then he checks out my baby. He agreed and then told me I should only breastfeed my baby for 5 minutes on each side, then do the rest Formula. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I was not happy that he was trying to push formula on me. 2 times he tried to push formula on

FILTHY. Do not come here unless you want to see how a doctors office should NOT LOOK. The waiting room sits 8 people max. They are overbooked and the staff is not friendly. We did not get seen until 11:30 for our 10:00 appointment. The office is in need of a refresh and nobody seems to have cleaned in the last decade. The office reeked of marijuana and every single piece of furniture is worn and dirty. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve been coming to this office for 8 years and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. Dr Kufor has always been friendly understanding and professional. Angie is a doll. She’s always so kind when I call into the office.

First appointment did not impress me, this feels like a very budget type of office. Waiting common area didn't look clean, big slippery plastic rug in the main walking area (watch step). Second visit angered me, i waited about 20 minutes after my appointment time, nurse finally brought us back to take my baby's vitals, she wanted me to strip my baby down to diaper in that kitchen area, they didn't give us a room to wait for the Doc, i told them ill wait for the room before we do vitals. Another nurse asked us to wait in the front if we didn't want to get vitals done. We told the nurse that we didn't say we didn't want vitals done we said we wanted a room to strip our baby in. This is the only doctor my baby has ever seen she's 7years old and he's amazing. He is not quick to give medicine because he believes in building the child's immune system. Being a first-time mother I didn't understand but now that she is seven I am grateful that she was never on all kind of medication and her immune system is very strong.
