If there was a Zero Star id gladly do it had to go there back in September because i clearly was not feeling good, fast forward down the road and they still cant figure out my insurance stuff ive called and reached out to billig several times and the lady was rude, and unprofessionell, im also not the only one this has happened to i dont see how this hospital is still kept open you might be a branch of Sanford but you still should have sanfords information if i was already in the System, fast forward to today i called them because i want this Bill took care of same lady i talked to before hopped on jennlle is her name she shouldnt have a job there she was still rude to me i even gave her my insurance Info and she still couldn't figure it out. Told me i needed to grow up like im some sort

No complaints here. We have had a wonder experience here & are from Sioux Falls. It is definitely worth the 40 min drive seeing my loved one happy to be where he is. The staff is so welcoming & give patient's the amount of time needed for care. The facility is clean & has no odors like some nursing homes have. The Clinic & Hospital is attached to this nursing home which also has Assisted living, Memory Care, and apartments attached. The chiropractor will even come to see patient if unable to see him at his office. This is a small town experience with a very warm community. We are very happy wit Put me on the wait list when I need a home.

I feel that Dr. Alex does NOT take the time and really listen. I feel he has too busy of a schedule to actually be there for his patient. The last time I was in we agreed on certain tests and when his nurse came in and told me we were going to run these other tests. I asked her if I had to do them, she said you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. So, I declined two of the tests cause I felt I didn’t need them. We’ll come to find out they still ran the tests and are still charging me for them. NOT COOL !!!!

Although out of town but i had wonderful experience here. Awesome welcoming reception, staff and nurses. Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors here. They provide appropriate time and care to thier patients. Easy way with big parking lot. Wheel chair accessible pathways. This is a very Quiet, Neat and Clean facility.

Very helpful and exceptionally pleasant.
