I had no problems with the staff as a first time patient with this clinic. They were all very friendly, everything was done in a timely manner, COVID guidelines were enforced and followed. Dr. Robert Cons is such a sweet soul, and I appreciate his time to see me given how many times I had to cycle through different doctors and offices. They were great! Very pleased to be with them.

Ben here so many times before and the experience never gets better. You never get seen at your appointment time which makes t the experience ridiculously frustrating. I've used their pharmacy before and i can't even begin to say how awful they are at calling back for your medication. This is one of the worst doctors I've gone to. Waiting an hour in the lobby while having an appointment is something that i can't understand. GET ANOTHER DOCTOR!!! Or stop taking appointments just do walk ins that way ppl expect to wait for more than 1hr.

Have been going here since 2005 for my kids. But lately their service is terrible. you have to be calling them for referral information and no one ever answers the phone system. It is bad customer service sometimes you have to be on hold for over 45 minutes which is ridiculous. I really like the pediatricians there they are good and nice but I am not happy with front office. They need new personnel.

I've been taking my kids here for years and although the in office staff is always great the wait time with an appointment is ridiculous. What aggravates me even more is that every time I call it's so hard to get thru, sometimes they leave you on hold forever and other times they just pick up and hang up on you which makes it frustrating to have to call back again and risk going thru it all over again.

The service at the front desk is awfully slow, and you will wait even longer if you call. The health providers are decent but the support staff would benefit from customer service training. I would not recommend this facility nor would I recommend using their internal pharmacy.
