I love living here, I am living in a facility in the small town of Rocky Ford, and have made such great friends with the other residents. I have seen so much change since coming in in 2021. I love our new nursing staff, they are very adept at there jobs, they care about us residents and put us first. If anything needs to be resolved, the nursing and management team are always so helpful to me.

The staff at this nursing home are truly amazing. Everyone I’ve met is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people that live there. You can tell they really love what they do as dedicated professionals, and it shows in the way they treat the residents—with respect, patience, and real compassion. They’re always trying to get better and improve the environment and their processes. One of the things I love most is how involved they are in the community. They enjoy going to local events and make a real effort to keep the residents connected to the town they’ve spent their lives in. It means so much to see them helping people stay tied to their roots instead of feeling isolated. This nursing home also fills a vital need in a community that has few options for medical resources.

My son has an anoxic/hypoxic brain injury and receives occupational and speech therapy outpatient at Pioneer. Occupational therapist Julie and Speech therapist Cayman are two of the finest therapists we have encountered on our journey. Both are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and committed to Lane’s improvement. We are so grateful to find this level of professionalism and care so close to home.

Pioneer is goes above in providing attentive and supportive care, particularly for clients with cognitive deficits and limited mobility. The staff is responsive, ensuring individual needs are met appropriately. What truly sets this facility apart is its commitment to creating a safe and secure environment, especially crucial for new residents transitioning from challenging environments in their other family's home and care. I work in guardianship with clients that need advocates in all aspects of life, partnering with Pioneer Health to provide this stability in a clean environment has been the best choice for my client. Cameron, Alex, and Rex are amazing staff and go out of their way to provide great, consistent, safe care for their residents.

I came here in December, and I have had a great experience so far. I came here for therapy needs and the team here have been very nice and helpful to me getting my strength back. The staff here are friendly to me and I’m thankful for them, they take good care of me.
