Pioneer Golden Estates

The building looks nice, is in a decent location and most of the care staff seem ok. I would love to share more of my families experiences with the owner.

BEWARE! Administration/Management staff is unprofessional, rude, manipulative, and non truth tellers! If you bring up concerns they either don't respond or ghost your emails/voice messages. Would NOT recommend sending your parent to Pioneer Golden Estates EVER! BTW, some of the 5 star reviews are from these very untrustworthy people....admin/management.

[Updated] My wife’s family found Pioneer looking for a place to help us care for my mother-in-law. The administration and staff are caring, competent, available and friendly. They treat the residents with kindness and grace. They do even the difficult tasks with a smile day after day. It’s easy to see how much they care about both the residents and each other. All you have to do is watch. It’s literally a culture of caring. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean and well-maintained. 6 months later when I needed help with my parents I had so much respect for and trust in the staff at Pioneer that I put my parents there as well. Have been waiting 3 months to move my parents in after given a room number. Moved them up from Florida after being told a week or two but definitely by August 1st. No call. Never return calls or emails. Wonder how they care for residents if they can’t respond to family.

What a wonderful place. Staff are very friendly. The building is beautiful. Very helpful and informative administration
