AJ is the GUY!! Started going to PPaW a few months back with pretty bad pains in my lower back making everyday tasks feel hard. Over the past 5/6 months I’ve been working with AJ and have seen great improvements. I’m comfortable playing golf/basketball and lifting weights again. It is training that will get you back if you just listen to what he has to say. 5/5 would recommend!!

I highly, highly recommend Dr. AJ and Pinnacle Performance & Wellness. I came to Dr. AJ with a pressing sports hernia injury along with a couple other lingering maladies. I really appreciate his approach to diagnosing the root issue, creating a holistic care plan, and giving me the tools to be autonomous outside of his facility. After 12 weeks, I’m back to full health and have returned to sports/active lifestyle which was my main priority. Fair to say we accomplished exactly what we set out to do. Dr. AJ is amazing! I found him through a PA colleague when I was having severe knee pain that was starting to affect my quality of life. Within the first visit, he identified the likely root cause and gave me practical tools to manage it at home. At the time, I was fairly new to pickleball and also began experiencing ankle and low back pain.
