Called to reschedule my appointment 1 month or so ahead of time. Called back again the DAY BEFORE to reschedule my appointment again for about a month out. I wasn’t getting any confirmation texts or emails about that appointment and someone was nice enough from the bluffton office to call me back - which was the DAY BEFORE that appointment again! If you lost track that’s the 3rd appointment… she apologized for everything and rescheduled me again for the following week. The Rincon office needs to get it together.

An absolutely wonderful healthcare experience! The nurse practitioner and physician were attentive to my needs, kind, and really listened to my concerns while offering me multiple options for my situation. The office is warm and inviting and the check-in process was easy! My scheduled appointment was on time and I feel the providers spent the right amount of time listening to my needs and helping me determine the best course of action. 10/10 would recommend.

Moving from a well known dermatologist in Pooler. I had some complaints about how they notified with biopsy results and not performing very thorough skin cancer screenings. Pinnacle exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend. Glad I made the switch.

I had my first appointment at Pinnacle Dermatology in Rincon today and it was fantastic! The whole process was so easy! I especially liked filling out the paperwork on their app. Mandy and Nicole made me feel so comfortable. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology and look forward to my next appointment.

The staff and doctor were wonderful! Very friendly and attentive! Answered any questions and concerns! Not only did they handle the original issue for which the appointment was made but tackled another issue while there! The drive that I make from Beaufort to Rincon is well worth the trip to know I’m in great care! Being in the LGBTQ community finding such fantastic health care is a godsend!
