DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON. SHE REDEEMED VOUCHER AND I HAVE NOT EVEN RECIEVED SERVICES. She has canceled appointment 2 x now. The first time was due to a friend having surgery and she was going to take care of her. We rescheduled for today as she sent me a confirmation text last night and requested a screen shot of the Groupon voucher and come this morning she has reached out again to reschedule, and I noticed the voucher was redeemed. She claims she does that with all her clients to ensure she gets paid. I could understand had I been the one canceling on her. She now has my money and she knows how hard it will be for me to get a refund on Groupon yet alone get a hold of anyone in customer service. This is unprofessional and wrong.

Jen is the ideal professional permanent make up artist: meticulously skillful, gentle, thorough, accommodating, easy-going, sweet natured, and completely transparent about the entire process from start to finish (and beyond!). I especially appreciated how Jen was not only patient with me but also proactive with making sure I felt *good* about my eyebrow design when we fine-tuned how I want them to look after she did the preliminary brow sketches on my face. HIGHLY recommend!!! Can't wait to share before and after pics :)

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my eyebrow appointment with Jen. She truly did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier with how my eyebrows look. Not only did she listen attentively to my preferences and desires for my eyebrows, but she also added her own expertise and artistry to ensure that the shape and arch of my eyebrows perfectly complemented my face shape. Her salon was also a wonderful experience - it was warm (AC lol) , welcoming, and impeccably clean, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
