Although they are very nice this is a place that REQUIRES your child receives a vaccination to be seen by the doctor- even if you want to wait until they’re a bit older and start the vaccination process later. This right here is SCARY and controlling. And when I asked the front desk where we could take our daughter in El Paso that does not have that requirement, she said she doesn’t know of a place as such. Doubt it! Beware

10 out of 10. If you need a regular pediatrician to address your vaccine concerns. Or someone who's going to tackle the really tough issues. This clinic does it and more. I have a chronically ill child . I can always get an appointment. And I can always get the help she needs. Her sister isn't nearly as sick as much but it has happened. They are thorough with their exams. Not to mention everyone is extremely patient. Very understanding. I would recommend this for anyone!

Highly recommend! Dr. Saenz, Nurse practitioners( Jessica, Lourdes, Diana, and the staff in the front (Jessica ) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help and get you the soonest appointment available. I have been bringing my son here since 2018 and my daughter since 2020 and I have not been disappointed in the service we received. It is amazing they now have an urgent care open until 9pm. Recently had to visit the urgent care for the first time and it’s so nice seeing familiar faces that you know care for your children. 💕🙏
