Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital

I stayed at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center from the end of August to the beginning of September, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was kind and did their job right. However, I want to give special thanks to those who went above and beyond in every way to make my recovery feel supported, safe, and full of care. I want to give a special shout-out to my incredible physical therapist, Hannah. She pushed me just enough to make real progress while always making me feel understood and strong. BLONDINE, Rebecca, Tyler, Krista and the physical/occupational therapy team were outstanding. Zach (and family visitors) really loved Tyler, but Blondine was my favorite. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She gives words of encouragement and listens. Healthcare needs more PCTs like her. I would highly recommend Pinecrest to anyone thanks to the amazing care from their team.

Shame on you guys. I cannot post without giving one star. But zero stars is my choice. On what should have been a comfortable first night in rehab, my dad was left alone for his ostomy bag to explode and spread his own bowels all over him- Right next to his fresh abdominal surgical incision. This is called patient neglect.

I initially sought treatment at Pinecrest for neck pain, headaches, and numbness in my arm. Thanks to the skilled care I received, those symptoms are now resolved. My physical therapist, Katie Taubenkimel, provided targeted home exercises and utilized innovative, progressive techniques during each session that proved highly effective for me. I truly appreciate her dedication, expertise, and individualized approach that made such a positive impact on my recovery.

Ms.Bhumi Patel worked with me as my occupational therapist helping me through the recovery process from a very traumatic accident. I can't say enough about her level of professionalism and her kindness. She was very organized and thorough, explaining and directing me how to navigate with my new physical limitations. She is a significant asset to the Pine Crest organization.
