Pinecone Pediatrics

We've been at Pinecone just over three years and it is nothing short of great. The care is always very thorough and my daughter is always well taken care of. Getting a same day appointment is easy and doesn't feel rushed. Staff, nurses, and doctors we've interacted with have all been fantastic.

Doctors are amazing. A few of the front office staff could use some customer service skills, compassion, maybe kid friendly attitudes? My son actually asked one day "why does that lady sound so mean?. Rooms are clean, exams are thorough.

Amazing Office!!! Tammy has been in my life since late 2015 when I had my son, he was a NICU baby and I was in the ICU (very sick mamma), but from the moment I met Dr. Roesler at the hospital I knew she had our best interest! Her and the office have always been so welcoming and personal! Tammy calls our children by their names and will ask about who ever is missing during appointments. I never feel rushed, I always feel like we are her only patients and she wants all needs and questions tooken care of. When we added our daughter to the family in 2017 it was the same great service and care! We always get into the office the same day for situations that need to be seen by the doctor outside of normal well visits, and if I just want to speak with the doctor over the phone my calls are always

Dr. Tammy is amazing!! She and her staff care about the kids and their families. The office is clean, kid friendly and cheerful! (For a moment I've forgotten my child was sick, being in such a positive place). My husband and I trust Dr. Tammy's medical opinion. She listens to the families concerns and provides the highest quality care, she takes her time with her patients. (She even came to visit our daughter when she was hospitalized, how many pediatricians do that? Very few,...if you ask us). I do recommend Dr. Roseler to all my family and friends, I usually don't recommend a specific doctor or facility, unless they are really amazing in their field. Grateful to have Dr. Tammy and her staff apart of our lives.

We love Dr. Tammy, Andrea, and the whole office staff! They are all so kind and caring and you can tell they love the kids! Dr. Tammy always makes sure we have our questions answered and we never feel rushed during appts. When we had our second child she asked how our first child was doing by name with the new baby. She's wonderful! We have always been able to get in for a sick visit the same day and when I have a question for the medical assistants and have to leave a message they call back within 2-3 hours. I highly recommend their office!!
