Pine Point Center

Therapists were great. Everything else was subpar. Food was Ok. Was told therapy was arranged for home care. Was never referred. Long waits for requests. One room was hot, adjoining room cold. Not a great experience.

The most horrible experience of my life. Entrees are like shoe leather and can’t be eaten. The medical staff is unbelievably understaffed and relies on an antique call light system which generally takes a long time for a response. Therapy doesn’t provide “goals” that have to be met for discharge. They failed to tell me the consequences of agreeing to their recommendations which in one case resulted in termination on my 30 year health policy. This place is a disaster and needs to be investigated which I intend to recommend to DHHS

My mom is there right now in rehabilitation that seems to be going well, but her room is cold she has to sleep with three blankets. I have talked with management about doing something even just bring in a space heater, but nothing is happening 😑 She is 85 and needs heat!!

Very clean and cheerful! Employees are very nice and caring and know each of the patients well. Food looked and smelled delicious!

My husband was there for a few months on and off and was neglected horribly. Kitchen help going into his room to yell at him for asking for food . He was unkept and dirty and I'd have to ask to have someone clean him up and shave him often as he was not capable of using his hands . He lost so much weight because he could not hold a utensil and no one was helping him eat. He developed pneumonia while there and I argued to get him x-rays and results immediately because he could not breathe and ended up calling the chief of the fire department to speak with them to get him to a hospital so he didn't die there . His clothes were stuck to his body he was so unkept . Myself the er nurse and er doctor cleaned him up in the ER ! Also the woman doing billing who was helping get my husband on long t
